S & H Products, Inc. warrants its products to the original purchaser or any party to whom the product is transferred, against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year commencing from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.
This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. In the event that the defect is determined to be attributable to S & H Products, Inc., the product will, at the discretion of S & H Products, Inc., either be repaired or replaced, at no cost to the customer.
To qualify for this warranty, the defective product must be returned to S & H Products, Inc., shipping prepaid, with proof of purchase, and within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect.
S & H Products, Inc. disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or of fitness for any particular purpose. No warranties will apply if the product is in any way altered or modified after delivery by S & H Products, Inc.
